aryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that the construction work of Central Research Institute of Yoga and Naturopathy at village Devarkhana in district Jhajjar would be got completed soon. He said that he would personally take up the matter at Centre regarding remaining work of the project and the Institute would be got started at the earliest so that local people and people from NCR would be benefitted with naturopathy.
The Chief Minister was speaking after reviewing the progress of construction work of the Institute at village Devarkhana in district Jhajjar.
He said that a sum of Rs 57 crore had been approved for this institute of which construction work of about Rs 34 crore have so far been completed under first phase.
Almost 60 per cent work of the institute has been completed. He said that it is the priority of the State Government to start this institute at the earliest. He said that apart from this, the construction work of National Cancer Institute at Badhsa is in final stage. This area would be developed as a medical hub, he added. Manohar Lal said that under first phase of Central Research Institute of Yoga and Naturopathy, construction work of 13 buildings, 48 staff quarters, OPD and general ward have been completed. The hospital of this institute would have facility of 200 beds.
