roject Director, Chief Minister's Good Governance Associates (CMGGA) Programme, Dr Rakesh Gupta reviewed the progress of various schemes of the State Government through video conferencing.
While reviewing the progress, Dr Rakesh Gupta said that the State Government has set target to make the roads of Haryana ‘potholes free’ through Harpath app. As many as 47,000 people in the State have downloaded this app so far and 60,000 complaints have been received through this app. Out of these, 81 per cent complaints have been resolved and 13 per cent have been rejected on being found irrelevant. He directed the roads’ concerned departments of all the districts to immediately resolve the complaints of Harpath app so as to provide perfect roads facility for the people. He also directed the officers to take prompt action for public complaints received through CM window.
Dr Gupta said that trial of cases registered pertaining to these acts should also be done effectively in the courts so that the accused should not find an opportunity to escape.
Dr Rakesh Gupta while reviewing the implementation of Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PNDT) Act and Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTP) Act (for prohibition of pre natal sex selection), has directed the concerned officers including Deputy commissioners, officers of Police department and Health department to take stringent action in such cases.
He also gave directions to the concerned officers regarding cities to be made free from stray animals. He also reviewed the progress of various schemes including Haryana vision zero, stray cattle management, Antodaya Saral, Saksham Haryana, Swachh Sarvekshan and gave necessary directions for their effective implementation.
